I need my order overnighted. Is it possible?
As of right now we do not offer overnight shipping. However we are able to offer it on some items. Please send us an email email@example.com to verify if it is possible.
My tracking number doesn't work.
It may take approximately 1-2 days for your order to become trackable depending on the tracking provider. If your order is marked as sent by TNT and number can not be found there please try to track it at the USPS website.
I ordered more than 1 item and only part of my order was delivered.
Please note: If your order consist of more than one item its is possible that it will be delivered in multiple packages. There is no additional shipping charge for you.
We will send you tracking information and it would be noted which items were shipped. They may be all shipped at once however it may also happen that we will provide you with multiple tracking numbers depending on quantity it is more common if you order consist of more than 5 items.
How do I return my items
Please send your return within 14 days of receiving the package.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags in order to be returned.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. That includes accessories, jewelry, lingeries, and final sale items. Swimwear MUST be returned with the hygienic pads. We accept return on these items only if they are damaged or if there was a mistake with your order (wrong size, color etc)
How much does it cost to return an item
We offer free shipping however we do not offer free returns. Price of return may vary. Returns are being shipped to US location unless specified differently in returns instructions attached to your package.
Have you received my return?
Please allow up to 12 working days for your package to be processed and returned to Laveliq. We will send you an email once your return has been processed. If you haven’t heard from us after the 12 business day, please contact our customer care team with your order number and details of the items returned.

Why my order has been canceled?
We would cancel your order in case item is out of stock or if there is a problem with your payment. It may happen that certain items sell out very quickly usually during sales and special promotions. We will usually contact you prior canceling an order with our special out of stock offer as soon as possible.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes we almost always have a promotion on certain types of items. The best way to not miss a deal is to follow us on social media @laveliq and look for codes in our postings. Also make sure to sign up for our newsletter. We offer 10% discount just for signing up.
Where is my order being shipped from?
We currently carry over 150 different brands and designers from all over the world. We also sell our items to customers from all over the world. We ship about half of our items from different warehouses from USA. Some Designer ship items directly to you and it will be shipped from home location of that brand. Most of these items will have a comment about shipping location in the item description. We also ship some items directly from China, Japan and Poland. If you need to return an item you just send it back to our US California location so you don't have to worry about shipping package internationally.
